Introduction

InnovationBox - INBO Tasarim ve Danismanlik LTD ("InnovationBox," "we," "us," or "our") is the company behind ImaginePad, a creative iOS application that enables users to create and transform artwork using AI-assisted features, including generating coloring book pages from text prompts or photographs, coloring and editing generated artwork, transforming drawings into art, and collaborative creation features for families. This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy" or "Policy") explains our practices regarding the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of information processed in connection with ImaginePad, including through our mobile application, our website located at www.imaginepad.app (the "Site"), the related features, software, and technologies we provide, and our communications with you (collectively, the "Services"). This Policy is intended to help you understand how information is handled when you use the Services and how you can exercise your privacy rights. This Policy does not apply to any third-party websites, services, applications, or technologies, even if they are accessible through or integrated with the Services.

1. Information We Collect and Do Not Collect

We do not require account registration and do not collect personal identifiers such as names, email addresses, or account credentials. However, in connection with your use of the Service, the following types of data may be collected or processed:

• User Content: Text prompts, uploaded photographs (which may contain identifiable individuals), and AI-generated outputs that you submit or create through the Service. Uploaded photographs, including those containing faces or other identifiable features, are transmitted to third-party AI providers for processing (see Section 4 below).
• Anonymous Usage Data: We collect anonymized analytics data through Apple App Analytics and Amplitude to understand usage patterns and improve the Service. This data does not directly identify individual users.
• Device and Technical Data: Standard technical information such as device type, operating system version, and app performance data may be collected automatically as part of analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above for the following purposes: to operate, provide, and deliver the core features of the Service; to process User Content through AI services in order to generate coloring pages, artwork, and other outputs; to maintain, debug, and improve the Service, including quality assurance; and to analyze anonymized usage patterns to enhance the user experience.

3. Data Retention

User Content (text prompts, uploaded photographs, and generated outputs) is processed in real time and is not stored on our servers beyond what is technically necessary to complete the requested operation. Anonymized analytics data may be retained for a reasonable period to support product improvement. Third-party service providers may retain data in accordance with their own data retention policies.

4. Third-Party Services

ImaginePad relies on third-party services to provide its core features. These include OpenAI and Fal.ai for AI processing (including processing of uploaded photographs and text prompts), Apple App Analytics for app performance analytics, and Amplitude for anonymous usage analytics. User Content, including uploaded photographs, is transmitted to OpenAI and/or Fal.ai for processing. InnovationBox does not control or assume responsibility for the data handling practices of these third-party providers. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

5. Children and Supervised Use

ImaginePad is intended to be used by adults (aged 18 and older). Minors may use the Service only under the active supervision and responsibility of an adult. The supervising adult is responsible for any User Content submitted on behalf of or by the minor, including any photographs uploaded. InnovationBox does not knowingly collect personal data that directly identifies children. If you believe that a child has submitted personal data without appropriate adult supervision, please contact us at the address below so that we can take appropriate action.

6. Content Safety

ImaginePad is designed to provide a safe and family-friendly creative environment. We implement content filtering and moderation measures to help ensure that AI-generated outputs are appropriate for all ages. However, no automated system is perfect, and we encourage supervising adults to review content generated within the Service.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your data, including the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any data associated with your use of the Service. Since we do not collect personal identifiers or maintain user accounts, we may have limited ability to locate specific user data. 8. Analytics

We collect anonymous usage analytics through Apple App Analytics and Amplitude to understand usage patterns and improve the Service. These analytics do not identify individual users.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed through the Service. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International Data Transfers

User Content may be transmitted to and processed by third-party service providers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States. By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to such transfers.
